When you need help with your ClearSounds product, you need that help right away. You want that help to be easy, and you want it to be fast. ClearSounds recognizes this and we are excited to announce our new website feature, the orange Help Button.
Help, not just anybody!
You can get ClearSounds information by going to our website at www.clearsounds.com and looking for the orange HELP button floating in the lower right corner. Click and find product information from our ClearSounds Knowledgebase, and keep up to date with our ClearSounds Blog.
The Knowledgebase contains links to user guides, information sheets, manuals, how-to videos, and common troubleshooting tips. The information is organized by product, and you can use the search box or browse our full list of topics.

Need the QH2 Quick Start Guide? You can call our customer solutions team and request to have a copy sent to you, or you can click the orange Help Button, do a quick search, and find the link to the start guide PDF. It’s quick and easy.
Sometimes it’s better to be shown, not told. Having problems engaging the battery on your Quattro 4.0? A member of our customer solutions team will be happy to talk you through the process, but a picture is worth a thousand words. And a video? Well, that’s worth even more. Click the orange Help Button, choose Knowledgebase, and do a quick search for a how-to video. If you’re not sure what to type in the search box, you can scroll the list of products to find videos and links.
It’s the weekend, and you’re finally getting around to setting the number of rings on your A500 amplified cordless telephone. But you have a question, and you don’t want to wait until Monday morning for help. With the new orange Help Button, you don’t have to wait!
